The Abruzzo bread of our bruschettas, with sourdough and its unmistakable golden crust, is entirely stone ground. The whole supply chain is at km 0 and uses olive wood to fuel their wood-fired ovens.

We use homemade Abruzzo bread from the local company, grilled on the grill and seasoned with simple and healthy ingredients: fresh tomato, garlic, basil, fresh natural salami and homemade mortadella.
